思维敏捷，肉体懒惰，我一直在声嘶力竭的向我的身体呐喊着实施吧 实施吧，我的确可以命令我的右手动一下把吃的送进嘴里这样的小项目，但是一旦遇到稍微大点的，身体就退缩了，因为思想的敏捷，所以一系列环节很快就列出来，身体就傻了。

今天我突破了，我不得不说这感觉真棒！前几天找借口练英语的听力看了很多电影，但如果整天看，鬼才相信我是以听力为主。OK，我纠正自己。今天我开始着手学习Dreamweaver ，绝对不能再拖了。今天我特意准时下班，前几天不走就是想再公司看电影（因为网速快）接着去游泳了，因为大概有10多年没有游泳了 。但是水性依旧。只是此刻我的四肢像面条一样无力。

伙计们啊 ，今天根大家分享的人生感悟就是“实施“，有什么想法就快点实施把，保证你有收获（及时最开始的目的没有达到，也会有收获的 ）！

think so quick ,body so lazy,i screamed JUST DO IT  to my body long time ! yeah i really can order my right hand to put the food into my mouth as this kind small project，but if once a big project ,the body just move back.cause think made the program out in the first time ,and body awful it .

Today i broke through myself !I have to say that’s good feel .these days i just watched movies and tell myself that i watched for improve my english ,but if watch movies whole day ,ghost dont believe me too.ok i correct myself !From today ,i began to research Dreamweaver ,i can not delay it any more,I off duty on time ,cause i had another plan to do.SWIM,yes ,i almost stopped swim more than 10 years  .actually i really want  ,but i cant find the reason all the time why i didnt do it .but today i am as good as before .only my arms and legs felt like noodle when i finished swim.
